History
Camrose Lutheran College held its first classes in a Camrose, Alberta hotel in October 1911. The college's aim was to give students higher education based on the Christian faith. Enrollment increased rapidly in the 1940s. A student residence was built in 1952. Junior College status was achieved in 1959 and a new building was constructed.
