History
John Alexander Campbell, 1875-1960, was born in Winnipeg. He moved to Alberta in 1900 and in 1902 married Clara May White, ?-1917, of Banff. They had two children, Kenneth and Margaret (Evans). He worked for Dave White and Company in Banff, then moved to Cochrane where he ran a general store. After selling the store to Fred Maggs he managed the White Ranch until 1919, then resumed his position at the White Store in Banff. From 1926 to 1959 he ran a farm at Horse Creek. He retired to Banff.
