Reform Party of Canada Member of Parliament for Calgary Southeast 1993-1997. Due to controversy in the Party, Brown left and became an independent in 1996 and ran unsuccessfully as a Progressive Conservative candidate for the Calgary Southwest riding in the 1997 federal election.
