Biographical history
The Beaupre Community Association was established in 1962 to take over the former Beaupre Creek school as a local community centre for the district located about 15 km northwest of Cochrane, Alberta. An extensive number of activities were undertaken in the hall including dances, card games, bands, playschool, cubs, scouts, church groups, sports of all kinds, and an annual gymkhana.
