Biographical history
Arthur Frank Miller, 1886-?, was born in Truro, Nova Scotia. He first came to Alberta in 1904 on a harvest excursion to the Okotoks area. He later worked in Seattle, British Columbia, Calgary and Stetter before homesteading at Castor, Alberta. He also operated various businesses in Halkirk, Alberta. In 1910 he married Helen Spencer, ?-1961, and they had eight children.
