Biographical history
Alexander Hamilton, 1891-1980, was born in Ireland. He served with the Ulster Defence Force for 15 months before coming to Canada and joining the Royal North-West Mounted Police (RNWMP) in 1915 at Maple Creek, Saskatchewan. He served at Lethbridge, Alberta and Cranbrook, British Columbia. He left in 1926 and later retired to Chatham, Ontario.
