Series consists of administrative correspondence from Williams' roles as professor in the Department of History, and as Secretary of the General Faculties Council. Also consists of a file of evaulations of his teaching, course outlines for African history, and a questionnaire for an experimental format for a course while he was Secetrary. Series also consists of files relating to visiting professors, Department of History self-appraisal report (2006), a copy of the poem "Leon the Frog" as written on the steps of the Social Sciences building, and files from an attempt at a GFC manual.
