Ada Beaton was a Calgary, Alberta writer, whose articles were published in various Canadian newspapers. She later married Albert T. Ryan and moved to British Columbia.

Turner, John Franklin, Herb Millar, Isaac Ellwood, and Amos Wilkins. Includes a letter written to Ada by a daughter of Howard Pratt, telling of people and places in downtown Calgary. Also includes photographs of early Calgary.
