Wilbert Lawrence Falconer, 1913- , was educated as an engineer at the University of British Columbia. He was active in the oil sands industry in Alberta in the 1940s and 1950s and was president of Ponder Oils. He was married to Regina.

Telfer) (1943); memorandum regarding mining methods (1943); and Athabaska tar sands research for Imperial Oil (by W. M. Pearce, W. L. Falconer, and F. J. Hamilton (1943-1944).
