History
Trail Riders of the Canadian Rockies was founded by a group of riders in 1923 and encouraged by the Canadian Pacific Railway as a means of increasing tourism to Banff and Lake Louise. For more than 90 years, the organization has been the only not-for-profit horseback riding club with special access to Banff National Park.
