Buckmaster has included a note with these reports outlining his involvement. He was a founding member of the Committee and that his work on the committee informed his later lobbying and advocacy efforts on environmental issues. Buckmaster notes he wrote many of the reports, and that the work of the Committee was later hampered by the Lougheed and Getty governments.
