Biografie
Charles Borromee Rouleau, 1840-1901, was educated at Laval and from 1861 to 1873 was inspector of Catholic Schools in Ottawa. He was called to the Bar in 1868 and was appointed magistrate for Ottawa in 1876. In 1883 he was appointed magistrate in the North-West Territories. His brother Edouard-Hector Rouleau, 1843-1912, was a physician for the North-West Mounted Police (NWMP).
