Name of creator
E. Jean Parrish, 1927-2006, was born in Calgary but grew up in Winnipeg. She married Harley Olin, 1922-1977, in 1951 and they resided in Calgary until moving to Kelowna in 1970. They had four children, Christopher, Derrek, Kathy, and Melissa. Christopher married Joyce Chorny, who was an arts professional in Calgary, involved in the 1988 Olympic Arts festival, the art collection owned by the City of Calgary and the Calgary International Children's Festival. Christopher and Joyce moved to Australia in 1996.

The fonds consists of booklets, notes, etc. from the Banff Centre and University of Calgary Department of Drama (1970-1975); and correspondence, etc. with City of Calgary cultural services and the Children's Festival (1990-1991).
