Biographical history
Polish musicologist, organist and conductor Miroslaw Perz was born in Poland on January 25, 1933. Specializing in the music of the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, he is responsible for the discovery of many important early Polish works and other archival material. Visiting professor in the Department of Music, University of Calgary in 1986. Fonds consists of notes and models of three fascicles from Missa Ave Regina Caelorum by Guillaume Dufay, Missa L'Amy Baudichon and Missa L'Homme Armé by Josquin des Prés realized by students Susan Baines and Joanne B. Pickell and presented at a musicological conference in Calgary in 1986.
