Series includes 7 postcards sent by Fred Billings to his family in Canada most dated 1919 as he waits to be transported home. Also includes one oversize postcard of R.M.S. Caronia, the boat that transported Fred Billings back to Canada July, 1918. This postcard was originally mounted on an 8x10 in. cardboard that has a synopsis of his war service.
