Office Buildings, 1928

  • Volume includes plates and text concerning office buildings compiled from issues of the Architectural Record, American Architect, Architectural Forum, Architecture, Construction, and The Architect. Buildings represented are: Park Avenue Building, New York; Fidelity Mutual Insurance Company Building, Philadelphia; Provident Mutual Life Insurance Company Building, Philadelphia; Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company Building, Newark, N.J.; and General Motors Building, New York.
  • This volume is believed to have been compiled by the firm at the time of planning for the Marine and Georgia Medical-Dental Buildings in Vancouver.

Album of construction photographs, 1928-1929; eighteen 8 x 10 inches prints, backed with cloth. Name of buildings appears to have been "Coast Investment Corporation Ltd. Building" at first. Architects: Northwood & Chivers; Associate Architects: McCarter Nairne; Contractors: Carter-Hall-Aldinger Co. Ltd.
