Consists of one photo album containing original black and white photography. Photographs include trench images, informal group portraiture, military marching, and grave sites. Some photos have captions on verso. Album is inscribed on first page "Wishing you a Merry Xmas from [Dad?]". Association of the album with the Royal Scots is based on the contents of a grave site photograph.
Fonds consists predominantly of correspondence sent to Mary Gray by Canadian soldiers serving overseas during WWI.

At the end of the binder there is a single plastic sleeve with 2 inserts relating to an Belgian individual who died in Buchenwald. The collection also contains a certificate from the offices of Adolf Hitler, received by Gertrud Lessman and accompanied by a large photo.
Sem títuloAccession consists predominantly of photographs related to Hay's time of service during WWII. The photographs capture the activities of R.C.A.F. No. 403 (Wolf) Squadron in action in different areas of the war, including Belgium, Holland, France, and England. Of particular interest are images taken during Operation Overlord depicting Caen, France, and the Juno Beach landing. Most of the photographs are originals; roughly half of them are captioned.
Also includes a small amount of clippings, and military service records.

The scrapbook contains her certificate of service, writer’s history sheet, leave documentation, photographs, snapshots, and such memorabilia as theatre programs, train tickets, birthday and Christmas cards, postcards, correspondence and newspaper articles etc.
