Records include copies of newspaper and magazine clippings, reviews, notices, publicity shots and production stills. The files were removed from binders and are organized according to date:

Box includes photocopies of microfilm from The Colonial Office of correspondence of Sir George Clerk. A note on the original file folder for 04.14 states: “Translation of a memo by Sir George Clerk (1853) from Persion, taken from the Clerk Papers. This was not included in the publication of my article in Historian.”
Box consists of audio-cassette tapes of interviews relating to the history of the University of Calgary and 2 3.5 computer disks.
