The fonds consists of records documenting the architectural career of Henry Yorke Mann primarily from 1953 to 1970 and 1997 to 2015. There are also records relating to his training as an architect at Washington State College and the University of Oregon from 1949 to 1954. Records include architectural drawings, photographs, notes, correspondence, sketches, journals, reports, contracts, teaching materials, articles, and grant and award submissions. There are over 100 of Mann’s projects documented in the fonds, including 1960s projects Eijgel Residence, Clark Residence, Engineers’ Club, Killarney Community Centre, Mann Residence, and the Laura Lynn Riding and Country Club, as well as projects from the 1990s to 2015 including the Allard Residences at Salt Spring and Chestermere, Posts Standing (Ramus Residence), the Totems, Quietude Residence, and Manndala (Architect’s Residence). The fonds has been arranged into four series: 1. Personal records; 2. Professional records; 3. Office records; and 4. Project records.

Fonds consists of architectural drawings and project files documenting the architectural practice of Thompson, Berwick, Pratt and Partners from 1908 to 1970. There are over 800 projects represented in the fonds, including many of the firm’s residential, commercial, and educational buildings both in Vancouver and more broadly across B.C. and the rest of Canada. The fonds is divided into two series: 1. Project records and 2. Additional donations. Series 1. Project records is divided into 7 subseries: 1. Banks - drawings; 2. Other Commercial and Civic Projects - drawings; 3. Residences - drawings; 4. Schools - drawings; 5. Banks - files; 6. Miscellaneous Correspondence; and 7. Schools - files.

File consists of 2 fragments from different copies of the same of booklet on the activities of the church in the Kamloops region. Includes information on Masses held in and daily log of other church business. Other chapters include "Mission at Shushwap" dated May 1901. Includes copies of photos of "Celebration at Chilliwack", "Celebration at Kamloops" depicting procession of the B. Sacrament through Indian Village, Kamloops, June 22, 1901. Articles written in in Chinook shorthand accompany images of people acting out a "Passion Tableaux" of Biblical stories. Chapter "One Hour Before the B. Sacrament" contians prayers in Chinook shorthand with Latin subtitles. Chapter "Marytrs in China" includes etched portraits of the martyrs and other religious figures. Chapter "Besieged in Pekin by the Boxers" includes words and images about "Church of Our Lady of Victories at Tien Tsin - Beseiged in Pe-Hing during two months By Mgr. Favier. Final pages are classified adds for "Wawa Shorthand Instructor", J.R. Jull & Co.
