Series contains photographic slides of architectural projects completed by J. Francis Brown and subsequent firms. Slides are arranged into five subseries based on the firm's development: J. Francis Brown, 1886-1929; J. Francis Brown & Son, 1926-1945; Bruce Brown & Brisley, 1946-1952; Brown, Brisley & Brown, 1952-1972; Brown, Brisley & Brown, from 1958. Note that only a selection of the slides were duplicated for CAA holdings.

Subseries contains photographic slides of Mount Allison University and churches in Ontario when the firm was known as Brown, Brisley & Brown. Architectural projects were completed between 1964 and 1972.
