The fonds consists of professional files related to various architectural and planning projects; the Winter Cities Association; the Plus 15 pedestrian walkways and various writings, proposals and studies including a small amount related to the University of Calgary. There are files and drawings for projects related to the development of Calgary. Other architecture projects are varied and include work done in China, Canada, the United States, his own home in Calgary and an extensive amount on the Kleiner residence in Bragg Creek, his last architecture project. There is a small amount of personal material including the proceeding from his lawsuit against the City of Calgary.

Also includes souvenir tinted photographs of the Canadian Rockies, and souvenir black and white photographs of Glacier National Park in Montana .

Gregory, RichardThe fonds consists of diaries, one volume per year (1916-1981); and her memoirs written ca. 1967-1971. The 1920 diary describes preparations to emigrate, the voyage to Canada, the train trip across the country to Alberta, and her family's life in Calgary, including setting up house and finding jobs. Fonds also includes correspondence from friends reviewing her poetry, a handwritten notebook of poems and material from the "Consider It" club, established by the Catleys.

The fonds consists of an anti-alcohol card (ca. 1948) and Norm’s research notes and recorded interviews related to the writing of the book Bands by the Bow (ca. 1975); photographs of the Draper family (ca. 1904), South Ward School (1905), Central School (1906), the staff of the Trader’s Bank of Canada in Stettler, Alberta (ca. 1909), and the 191st Battalion; and many collected photographs of bands in Calgary.
