Series contains notes, drafts, correspondence, photographs, articles, and sketches relating to articles and publications Norbert Schoenauer wrote between 1960 and 1970. Schoenauer’s writings documented in the series include The Court-Garden House, The Point-Block Concept, Architecture Montreal, The New City Centre, Our Garden, Streetscape and Standards, Site and Scale, and various book reviews. The New City Centre files include over 50 photographs taken of buildings in Montreal by photographers such as Max Sauer Studio, Hans Samulewitz, Graetz, Arnott Rogers Batten, Chris F. Payne, and Jeremy Taylor.
Series contains architectural drawings relating to projects undertaken by Norbert Schoenauer in the 1960s, including Mimosa Street project, Kanata Beaverbrook town planning, Fathers of Confederation Memorial Building Competition, and the Smyth Road Competition.
