Fonds consists of correspondence, manuscript of Leaven of malice; a theatrical extravaganza, and photocopy of Robert Rogers' Ponteach : or the savages of America.

The collection includes materials created and compiled by James Hoffman such as taped interviews with George Ryga and his family members, materials provided by his wife following Ryga's death in 1987; video recordings of performances of Ryga's works, video recordings of Ryga by media producers, correspondence with Ryga and others about Ryga, reviews of Ryga's work, programs of performances; photographs and some personal records of Ryga's.

Collection consists of material collected by G. Raby in researching her master's thesis, Beverley Simons : a critical evaluation (University of Calgary, 1982). Includes letters from B. Simons to G. Raby and others, discussing B. Simons' literary work; manuscripts of short stories and stage and television plays by B. Simons; reviews, essays and playbill relating to productions of Crabdance; curriculum vitae, biographical material, interviews, articles and essays relating to B. Simons and her work; and sound recordings of readings and a lecture given by B. Simons.

Collection consists of card photographs collected by G. Stewart while working as editor and theatre reviewer for newspapers in Saint John, N.B., and Quebec City, P.Q. Most photographs identify the photographer and are inscribed and dated. In addition to photographs of actors, actresses and singers, collection includes photographs of Lord and Lady Lorne and four unidentified individuals.
