Item consists of invitations to events, menus from banquets, camp bulletins and anniversary booklets from The Alpine Club of Canada. Includes: 22 programs/menus for annual banquets 8x6 in. or smaller, most feature b&w prints of photographs of various mountains. Dating from 1948-52 and 1955-1961. Also includes 6 Annual Camp pamphlets dated 1946 1953, 1955, 1956 1957, 1959 and 2 Ski Camp Bulletins dated 1957 and 1959 6x3.5 in. or smaller. As well as, four typewritten sheets (3 items) of party games and songs.

Consists of Hamilton's records of his writing activities related to the first 13 of his Ava Lee novels and two Uncle Chow Tung novels, published between 2010 and 2019. The materials include one or two typescripts drafts for each book, line edits in hand (except for Couturier of Milan and Dragon Head King of Hong Kong), editors comments (except for Couturier of Milan and Dragon Head King of Hong Kong), page proofs as well as one research notebook, published reviews and interviews and some original book cover designs for Ava Lee novels.
