Consists of Hamilton's records of his writing activities related to the first 13 of his Ava Lee novels and two Uncle Chow Tung novels, published between 2010 and 2019. The materials include one or two typescripts drafts for each book, line edits in hand (except for Couturier of Milan and Dragon Head King of Hong Kong), editors comments (except for Couturier of Milan and Dragon Head King of Hong Kong), page proofs as well as one research notebook, published reviews and interviews and some original book cover designs for Ava Lee novels. The novels are: Water Rat of Wanchai (#1), Disciple of Las Vegas (#2), Wild Beasts of Wuhan (#3), Red Pole of Macau (#4), Scottish Banker of Surabaya (#5), Two Sisters of Borneo (#6), King of Shanghai (#7), Princeling of Nanjing (#8), Couturier of Milan (#9), Imam of Tawi Tawi (#10), Goddess of Yantai (#11), Mountain Mask of Sha Tin (#12), Dragon Head King of Hong Kong (prequel #0.5/#13), Uncle Chow Tung novel (#1) -Fate, Uncle Chow Tung novel (#2) -Foresight.

File consists of newspaper clipping on Elizabeth Haynes, founder of amateur theatre, on her move to Toronto. Also consists of a program for the Banff School of the Theatre (August 1935) with Haynes as one of the instructors.

File consists of a list of St. Hilda's School pupils. Also included are materials compiled for a reunion of the 1943-1944 class of the Calgary Normal School in 1979. It includes newspaper clippings, biographies of staff and students, reunion booklet, speeches, register of guests and a letter of welcome from Calgary Mayor Ross Alger.

• File also includes CBC Times, V. 1, No. 24, December 17 - December 23, 1950, containing article about Irish Dramas series, newspaper clipping from an unidentified source, November 28, 1951, about Emma Caslor who sang the ballads in the Irish drama series, and 2 repository photocopies of letters (1950 August 23 - 1950 December 11), from Robert Allen, Producer, CBC, to Christie Harris regarding the series;

Files consist of handwritten preliminary ideas, notes, research materials and fragments of typescript drafts accumulated into a Folder marked "Mousewoman Book 2 now Book 3." Includes drafts of new ending for "Book 1" and extensive notes and drafts for Aurora "Rora" story about Mousewoman that became "Rebel From S Space." Also includes draft fragments with title "Mousewoman and the New Muddleheads." File 3 contains 4 envelopes full of small note pages.

Consists of materials gathered by author while researching "Swimming Novel." Includes newspaper clippings and handwritten notes.
