Series consists of administrative subject files. Records include correspondence regarding Mr. C.O. Nickle's donation, the National Gallery in Ottawa, the acquisition of the Jade Collection, insurance matters, the remodeling of the Numismatics room, donations of artwork, vandalism and hours of operation. Also includes an inventory of the Permanent Art Collection, blueprints of the Gallery, the Nickle News (1997), inquiries and thank-you letters from the public, a copy of the Board of Governors Policy Manual for the operation of the Nickle Arts Museum and policies and procedures regarding reservations, exhibits, collections and loans. The photographs in this series are slides of the Permanent Collection, and of other exhibits and donations.
