Series consists of records from Nickle Arts Museum exhibitions arranged into four sub-series: General Exhibitions, Student Graduation Exhibitions, Faculty Exhibitions and Administration of Exhibitions.

Sub-series consists of records relating to the general administration of exhibitions. Records include correspondence on proposed, pending, rejected and cancelled exhibitions, artist's contracts, loan agreements, invitations, budget information articles, descriptions of exhibits, lists of artwork, exhibition schedules and news releases. The photographs are submissions of artwork for pending or cancelled exhibitions. The prints are publicity posters.

Box consists of scrapbooks of press clippings and other memorabilia detailing Roloff Beny's book signings, exhibitions and other accomplishments.

File consists of correspondence, biography of artist.

File consists of general correspondence.

Series consists of administrative subject files. Records include correspondence regarding Mr. C.O. Nickle's donation, the National Gallery in Ottawa, the acquisition of the Jade Collection, insurance matters, the remodeling of the Numismatics room, donations of artwork, vandalism and hours of operation. Also includes an inventory of the Permanent Art Collection, blueprints of the Gallery, the Nickle News (1997), inquiries and thank-you letters from the public, a copy of the Board of Governors Policy Manual for the operation of the Nickle Arts Museum and policies and procedures regarding reservations, exhibits, collections and loans. The photographs in this series are slides of the Permanent Collection, and of other exhibits and donations.

The name of the reader on these audiocassettes is unknown. No notes or explanations accompanied these audiocassettes. The cassettes contain a male voice reading from his poetry with a prairie theme. The names of the some of the poems are "Calgary City Jail", "Last Night in Darkness", "Saskatchewan", "The Bird", "Gerald", "The Hustler", "Albino Pheasants", "Murder of Crows".

Series consists of 40 posters publicizing exhibitions and events at the University Art Gallery, and later the Nickle Arts Museum.
