Financial records - students' union

Series consists of the financial records of the Students' Union including financial statements, budgets, accountability reports, and year-end audits.

Students' legislative council (SLC)

Subseries consists of records relating to the operations and administration of the Students' Legislative Council including minutes of the Council, Operations and Finance, Travel and Conference, orientation packages, position descriptions, and correspondence.

Series consists of records that reflect the spectrum of events, issues, and activities that the Students' Union is involved with, including special events such as Academic Awareness Week, Alcohol Awareness Week, Blood Donor Clinics, Colour Nights, conferences, Friday Flix, National Student Day, Speakers Bureau and Women's Issues. Records also reflect the role the Students' Union plays in supporting students including health and dental plans, liaison with safety, security and risk management, transit passes, student rights, student housing, and the Food Bank.

Liaison with senior university administration and committees

Series consists of records that relate to the Students' Union liaison role with senior administrators of the University of Calgary (President and Vice-Presidents, and other executive officers), and also with senior administrative offices and committees. These include Students' Union representation on General Faculties Council and committees, Board of Governors and committees, the Joint Liaison Committee, and the Senate. Records include minutes, correspondence, and planning documentation.
