History
The Dominion of Canada Party was founded in 1969 to press for one official language in Canada, the return of the Red Ensign, a country free from communism, abolition of personal income tax and the return of capital punishment. The party was based in Calgary, Alberta and Flo E. Frawley, 1914-1997, was the national leader.
