The Association of Retired Postal Employees was founded in 1987 by Wayne Arnold and Harold Goodman of Calgary, Alberta. It is predominantly a social club in Calgary for retired postal employees and their spouses. Presidents of the association have been Harold Goodman, Wayne Arnold, Ron Scott, Frank Wilkinson, and Ralph Marnow.
