The fonds consists of sheet music for orchestras and bands; promotional photographs of Francois, Della and Richard and the various orchestras, bands and vaudeville troupes with which they performed; and photographs of the Grierson family and ranch (ca. 1900s), the Calgary Citizens' Band (1910, 1913), and staff of Canadian Legion War Services, Inc. (late 1940s). Includes essay on First World War experiences in France (author unknown).

The fonds consists of correspondence; manuscripts of books, short stories, and poems; newspaper articles largely pertaining to adventures in western Canada and Alaska (British Columbia First Nations, Rocky Mountain Club, Kootenay district of British Columbia, Muir Glacier, Skeena murder trials and stories, Behring Sea fur seals, NWMP tales, Klondike gold rush, trip across Canada, etc.); and a compilation of information on the history of the Legion of Frontiersmen of the Commonwealth. Also includes photographs of NWMP posts visited by Pocock.
